We're delighted to be back with our Supper Clubs and welcome you to the stunning Village Hall in Queen Charlton, Keynsham.
The menu for this event will be revealed on the night. Expect a four-course seasonal feast, with BYO drinks. The menu for this event is vegan and gluten-free, with only focaccia (or sourdough) on the side, replaceable with gluten-free bread. Other allergens included are celery, sulphites, soy, nuts, mustard, sesame, and gluten (optional).
Please note that food is prepared in a kitchen where other ingredients containing all allergens are handled. If you have a severe allergy to any of those, please let us know. We reserve the right to refuse your booking.
EVENT CANCELLATION TERMS:
- For cancellations up to 72h before the event, an 80% refund is provided (20% fee applies)
- For cancellations between 72h and 24h before the event, a 20% refund is provided (80% fee applies)
- For cancellations within 24h of the event, the whole amount is forfeited.
Alternatively, you can name someone else to replace you. We would need to receive the full names and dietary requirements of the person/people taking your place(s).
Reschedules are free of charge up to 14 days before the event. If you wish to move your booking to another event and your request falls within 14 days from the originally booked event, this counts as a cancellation followed by a new booking, therefore the above cancellation rules apply.
PLEASE NOTE that our events are adult-only. We accept children above the age of 15 if they are accompanied by an adult.
